It can be used for different sized metal, plastics, ceramics parts for prewashing, inter-operational washing, or final washing, with the possibility of anti-corrosive protection to removes oil, grease, chips, mud, production slag of the surface of parts.
1. What's the best cleaning temperature?
To get the best cleaning result, the solution’s temperature we suggest is 40-60℃. Warm water and dish washing liquid can soften grease and improve cleaning result.It's important however to make sure these temperatures are safe for your parts before cleaning.
2. What is Ultrasonic?
Ultrasonic is sound generated beyond human audible level. In real life, high pitch sound is created by high frequency, and alternatively, the low and base tone is created by low frequency. Frequencies above 16 kHz in general are being considered as Ultrasonic. Typical Ultrasonic frequencies used for cleaning purpose are from 20 kHz to 80 kHz.
3. What can not be cleaned?
There is very little, but if you have any doubt we strongly recommend you contact manufacturer of the item you want to clean first. If under filled, the characteristics of the environment change, which could result in improper Ultrasonic transmission, which in turn could result in poor cleaning performance or damage to the unit. Units with a heater are especially at risk of damage due to underfilling.Drying running will damage heating elements and tank.
5. Which cleaning solution should I use?
A number of detergents, wetting agents and other such components are used in the making of a modern Ultrasonic cleaning solution. And there is a variety of formulations available from which you can take your pick depending on the application. Selecting a proper solution is very important for a satisfactory cleaning job and to stop unwanted reactivity with the part being cleaned.
